Return & Exchange Policy
For items delivered are non-refundable & cannot be exchanged for other products.
Deposits paid for the customize order are not refundable if the customers change of mind and placed cancellation notice within 5 days.
Customize products are not allowed to cancel after 5 days from the order date.
Your order may be cancelled if the product is not available for any reason. The customer services team will notify you for refund arrangements matters. Refunds will be credited into the same account used during payment (credit card/debit card/bank transfer). The refund period depends on the individual financial institution.
For exchange of the product or refund for the product can be arranged for the following reasons:
~ If the product is damaged upon collection at the time of collection or delivery.
~ If the product ordered is different from the item collected at the store/ delivered to your home.
~ Customers must inspect the items for damages/defects upon delivery/pick up.
~ Damages must be notified within 24 hours.
~ Faulty claims or refund claims after 7 days of delivery will be treated as a warranty claim and the customer shall bear the delivery costs incurred in the claim process.
